What is showmylife?
A memory often starts as a few paragraphs: who was there, where it happened and why it mattered. showmylife helps organise that material into a story and a storyboard, with pictures and spoken narration that follow the events you describe.
You can use a short diary entry or a longer account of an experience. Personal details, places and relationships give the story its context. Review the AI-generated story and scenes so that the finished film reflects the memory you want to tell.

What is showmylife?
showmylife is a web app that turns personal stories and memories into short illustrated films with AI-generated pictures, voice narration and subtitles.
Do I need photos or video footage?
No. A few paragraphs of text are enough. You can optionally upload a reference photo so a character looks like a real person.
How much does it cost?
Credit packs start at US$9.90 for 90 credits. Story writing and storyboard breakdown each cost 0.5 credits; each newly generated picture costs 1 credit, including character and asset pictures. Narration, subtitles and MP4 export currently cost no credits. New accounts receive 5 credits.
Which languages are supported?
The site is available in English, Simplified Chinese, French, German, Japanese and Korean, and narration voices cover the same languages. Multilingual voices can read most languages.
Can I download my film?
Yes. Preview the finished film in the browser and download it as an MP4 in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1.
Is my story private?
Yes. Projects are visible only in your own account. See the privacy policy for how story text and pictures are processed.
Is this fully animated video?
The exported film combines storyboard pictures, narration and subtitles. It is an illustrated story film, and does not promise fully animated character motion.
Can I use a real person’s photo?
Reference photos are optional. Upload only photos you are entitled to use and obtain the permissions needed to depict other people. Sexual, nude and non-consensual intimate imagery is prohibited.
Can I edit the film before downloading?
Yes. You can edit the narration, regenerate or upload pictures, choose a voice and adjust subtitles. Preview ready shots and download the assembled MP4.

showmylife is a web app for turning your own life stories and memories into short illustrated films. You write or paste a story; the app uses AI to split it into scenes, draw illustrations, add narration and subtitles, and export a video to keep or share with family and friends.
Responsible use: showmylife is made for personal, family and travel stories. It must not be used to create sexual, nude or intimate imagery of anyone — including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — or to depict real people without their consent. Our terms of use prohibit this, and the image generation service applies its own safety filters.
Sign in with Google: we use Google Sign-In only to create and sign in to your showmylife account. We receive your name, email address and profile picture, use them only for your account, and never use Google user data to generate images, for advertising or to train AI models.
Compliance & Prohibited Use
Users must not use showmylife to create, upload, or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII), adult content, sexually explicit material, hate speech, or content that infringes upon personal privacy and intellectual property rights. Any violation will result in immediate account termination.
